Required Documentation
All documentation should be sent to YOLA to the attention of the Architectural Control Committee. If it is sent to any other address, you may experience delays. (Unless you have made special prior arrangements.)
Include ALL documentation requested on the Architectural Control Committee Checklist.
- Plats may be obtained at the Kerr County courthouse. (about $4 each)
They will need to know:- YO Ranchlands (Phase 1, 2, or 3)
- Your Tract # (not your 911 address)
- Aerial photos showing existing structures and building site.
(Google Earth views are acceptable)

Documentation Deadline
All documentation should reach the committee no later than the first of the month so it can be reviewed prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. Material received after the first will be addressed at the following months meeting.
(Meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of each month.) - Connector.
Site Construction Verification
On any construction site we will verify:
- Roof color (a 3in x 3in flat sample of the material is required for testing)
- Visibility from the roads
- Setbacks from property lines.
(even if you own the adjoining property.)

Things that may delay your permit:
- Missing information
- Sent to the wrong address
- Requests that require a variance
- Not staked
