BY-LAWS:

These updated By-Laws were approved by the members of the Y.O. Landowners Association in April 2013.

The By-Laws define the operating structure of the Y.O. Landowners Association, provide general definitions, and prescribe the member voting rights in the Association. Current and potential Landowners are urged to review this document carefully.  Together with the YOLA CC&Rs, they outline the property rules in the Y.O. Ranchlands.

2019 AMENDMENT OF THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

This amendment to the YOLA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) was approved by the members of the YO Landowners Association in September 2019.

The CC&Rs run with the land in the Y.O. Ranchlands, and place certain restrictions on the use of the land. Current and potential Landowners are advised to review this document carefully.  Together with the YOLA By-Laws, they outline the property rules in the Y.O. Ranchlands.
